Turkey Stir-Fry

Turkey Stir-Fry

When you hear the term “stir fry” you might be tempted to think about a straight-up Asian dish. What if I told you that anything can be a stir fry if cooked in a small amount of oil and constantly stirred?

This Turkey stir-fry recipe meets the criteria and it's very delicious. As a fan of any and every stew, it was only right to make a stir fry with some Turkey Stew from Adùn.

Usually, stir-fry dishes use soy sauce or oyster sauce, but this time, we are using Stew! That blend of tomatoes and peppers slow-cooked does wonders for any dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 3/4 Broccoli Pieces
  • 3-4 Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 2 Packs of Udon Noodles
  • 1/2 Cup of Grated Carrots
  • 1/3 Serving of Adùn Turkey Stew

I need to start a petition to make stew a globally accepted base sauce for as many meals as possible. I also used Udon noodles, my favorite kind of noodle. This dish feels homely and familiar and I am certain you will enjoy it. A video of this recipe can be seen on Instagram.
